Finding this well-known park can be challenging. Just east of I-680, it is nestled away in some south Danville communities. A little park called Danville South has a small sand area, play structures, swings, and a lawn area. The location is well-shaded in the mornings because of the many trees that surround it. It is completely enclosed on the outside, keeping children from straying. For snacks or lunch, there are benches and a table in the park. 


This park is ideal all year round because it provides some shade in the summer and shelter in the winter. This park has portable restrooms. In this park, picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
